Mailbox Discount to be Discountinued Soon

NOTE: The recent storms in early February have caused wind and hail damage to many roofs on Sheffield

homes. We remind everyone that all exterior changes requie prior approval, even roof repairs in this situation.

We will expedite the approval process. In the mean time, we suggest you attach a clause to any contract for

repair you sign that the contract is contingent on HOA approval.

A reminder to Homeowners

All exterior changes to your property must have prior approval. Some examples of changes include maintaining your mailbox, painting trim or shutters, replacing your windows or replacing your front storm door. Details are in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions. Use this convenient form which includes instructions for submission.

This requirment is attached to your deed which you signed when you purchased your home. We strongly recommend that you seek and get approval before finalizing any purchase with a contractor.

Please do not put yourself in a situation where you must make expensive changes after a job is complete when you could have made a few minor changes from the start. It is not difficult to get approval.
