(20070426)</I></FONT></div> <div> At the April 26, 2007 General Membership meeting of the Homeowners Association, the Board of Directors announced the approval of a new mailbox design.  It has been over a year since the board has been able to locate a vendor to manufacture the old wood mailboxes to the approved design.  In light of this, and the deteriorating nature of many of the mailboxes in the neighborhood, the Board moved to find a replacement.  </div> <bR> <div> The new mailboxes are made from the same materials and design elements as the street signs and will be provided by the same vendor.  Just like the street signs, the new mailboxes will be powder coated rather than painted to make the expected life about 10 to 12 years with minimal maintenance.  </div> <bR> <div> Every homeowner is encouraged to acquire a new mailbox.  To promote rapid adoption, the board has approved a one-time $100 instant rebate to each homeowner who orders a new mailbox by March 31, 2008.  For this first year, the HOA, with the help of McGarr and Associates, will take new orders until there are at least ten at once.  An order will be placed with the supplier who will deliver and install the new mailboxes approximately 3 to 4 weeks later.  The existing one will be removed and disposed of.  No one is required to take advantage of the rebate, but no new wooden mailboxes of any design will be approved.  New mailboxes are $325.50 plus tax and include installation.  The rebate is applied after the tax calculation for a total of $255.61.</div> <bR> <div> Please use this convenient order form:  <A HREF="http://www.sheffieldhoa.com/downloads/2007MailboxOrderForm.pdf" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="http://www.sheffieldhoa.com/downloads/20"><U>2007 Mailbox Order Form</U></A>.</div> <div> <A HREF="http://www.sheffieldhoa.com/downloads/2007MailboxOrderForm.pdf" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="http://www.sheffieldhoa.com/downloads/20"><U><I><IMG SRC="175961e0.gif" border=0 width="150" height="286" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></I></U></A></div> <bR> <bR> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 195 WIDTH="636"><div> <B>A reminder to Homeowners </B><FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" ><I>- (20050820)</I></FONT></div> <div> <I>All exterior changes to your property must have prior approval.</I>  Some examples of changes include maintaining your mailbox, painting trim or shutters, replacing your windows or replacing your front storm door.  Details are in our <A HREF="id53.htm" TARGET="_top" TITLE="Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, an"><U>Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions</U></A>.  Use <A HREF="http://www.sheffieldhoa.com/downloads/SHOA_ACC_change_form.pdf" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="http://www.sheffieldhoa.com/downloads/SH"><U>this convenient form</U></A> which includes instructions for submission.</div> <bR> <div> This requirment is attached to your deed which you signed when you purchased your home.  We strongly recommend that you seek and get approval before finalizing any purchase with a contractor.  </div> <bR> <div> Please do not put yourself in a situation where you must make expensive changes after a job is complete when you could have made a few minor changes from the start.  It is not difficult to get approval.</div> <bR> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 195 WIDTH="636"><div> <B>New Website Feature -
