(20090202)</FONT></div> <div> All homeowners should have recieved by now a letter from Timmons.  In that letter, the payment address for the association fees was listed incorrectly.  The correct address is:</div> <bR> <div> Sheffield on the Harpeth</div> <div> C/O Timmons Properties Inc.</div> <div> 2200 Hillsboro Road Ste 200</div> <div> Nashville, TN 37212</div> <bR> <div> Checks should be made out to "Sheffield on the Harpeth HOA."</div> <bR> <div> The letter goes on to warn against sending your dues to the Nashville office, but in fact, this is what you are to do.  The reason for this misunderstanding is that Timmons was not informed until just recently that the terms of our loan with SunTrust for the pool construction required that we keep our accounts with them and that we would not be using the bank Timmons uses.</div> <bR> <div> You will be receiving an official invoice in March for the dues and the information will be correct on it.  </div> <bR> </tD> </tR> <tR> <tD VALIGN=TOP HEIGHT= 98 WIDTH="636"><div> <B>Board Hires New Management Company</B><FONT SIZE="1" COLOR="#000000" FACE="Arial" > -
