We prefer that homeowners contact the board for just about any matter concerning the neighborhood. Timmons Properties, Inc, our management company, has been instructed to refer all communication concerning the property to the board using the email hotline listed above. Exceptions would be matters concerning billing issues of the annual assessment fee and purchasing additional pool keys. These inquiries should go directly to Ms Sandra Hall, the bookkeeper for Sheffield by calling 615-383-1777 x22.
